Hiring of personnel. Expenses derived from the hiring of replacement or reinforcement personnel to meet the needs caused as a consequence of the Covid19 pandemic. This includes all types of health and social-health personnel such as physicians, other specialists, nurses, health technicians, hospital orderlies, auxiliaries, and any necessary support personnel due to the outbreak of COVID-19, hired specifically for this purpose and other existing personnel derived from their usual destination for the exclusive attention of the effects of COVID-19.

Acquisition of health material to treat the sick, protect health personnel and prevent contagion of the population, such as consumables or goods of a non-inventoriable nature such as PPE, health, pharmaceutical, research and prevention material for the population (masks, gloves, hydroalcoholic gels, etc.), which access hospitals or sociohealth centers.
