ACCUEE declares its commitment to continuous improvement and the satisfaction of its users in the services it provides. With this objective, it has developed a comprehensive quality management system that includes the establishment of strategies and objectives for the organization.

In addition, it has published a Service Charter specifying the specific commitments with the services to the university community and non-university education.

The Agency also intends to guarantee ethical and responsible behavior in the development of its activity, even beyond the obligatory compliance with the law, and to this end has drawn up a Code of Ethics.

The Code of Ethics is a reflection of the corporate values and principles that should guide the conduct of the Agency and its staff. It also inspires the procedures and ways of working that govern relations with users, employees, suppliers and society in general.

At present, the Agency has developed alliances with other Spanish university quality agencies, the REACU (Spanish Network of University Quality Agencies), where its objectives include:

• Promote and develop cooperation and the exchange of experiences and information, especially methodologies and best practices.
• To collaborate in the promotion of quality assurance in higher education in the Spanish university system.
• To act as a forum for proposing and developing standards, procedures and guidelines for quality assurance.
• To promote the development and implementation of quality assurance and accreditation systems for agencies.

Likewise, the Agency is committed to comply with all the guidelines and commitments required by ENQA (European Association for Quality Assurance).

The Agency is aware of the growing and current environmental problems and, as a supporter of sustainable development, is committed to the prevention, protection and conservation of the environment in all its activities.

It is inspired by two basic principles: compliance with all applicable environmental regulations and continuous improvement of the activities carried out in order to protect the environment.
