QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
In order to improve internal processes and customer orientation, a Quality Management model has been developed and implemented in the Agency.
To this end, a map of processes and a manual of procedures of the Agency have been drawn up, with several reeditions, for the standardization and rationalization of the activities carried out within the framework of the Agency, with the aim of managing knowledge and the continuous improvement of the organization.
ACCUEE was certified on January 26, 2007 in accordance with the International Standard ISO 9001:2000. Since then, it has undergone the monitoring and recertification established by the standard. The last certification, according to ISO 9001:2015, was in November 2021, with the external audit performed by Bureau Veritas.
The scope of the Quality Management System implemented by Bureau Veritas is as follows:
ACCREDITATION, EVALUATION OF UNIVERSITY TEACHING STAFF, EVALUATION FOR THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF UNIVERSITY TEACHING OF OFFICIAL BACHELOR'S, MASTER'S AND DOCTORAL DEGREES, MONITORING PROCESS FOR THE RENEWAL OF ACCREDITATION AND EVALUATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF ACCREDITATION OF OFFICIAL BACHELOR'S, MASTER'S AND DOCTORAL DEGREES. COORDINATION OF IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS FOR NON-UNIVERSITY EDUCATION.
The last certification of the Internal Quality Assurance System corresponding to the year 2021 and the results of the annual follow-up audits are published below.
