The purpose of the ‘ACCUEE LISTENS’ programme is to encourage stakeholder participation in the organisation, functioning and decision-making processes involved in the Agency’s assessment procedures.

The programme uses a 4-step methodology:

1. Questionnaires are sent to stakeholders.
2. Feedback is analysed and specific proposals for improving procedures are put forward in the form of metaevaluation reports.
3. Agreed upon improvements are incorporated into the Agency’s strategic plans.
4. Improvements are implemented and monitored.
