The ACCUEE uses processes for internal quality assurance and professional conduct based on the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG) that were approved by signatory states’ ministries of education at the Ministerial Conference in Yerevan on 14 & 15 May, 2015. The most prominent among these being ESG 3.6, ‘Agencies should have in place processes for internal quality assurance related to defining, assuring and enhancing the quality and integrity of their activities’.

With this aim in mind, the ACCUEE has developed a Quality Assurance Policy and Transparency Policy, both of which are available for public consultation.
